Welcome to my website. I'm glad you could visit. My name is Michael Need. I'm a .NET (dotNet) developer specializing in C#. My projects are data driven using Microsoft SQL Server. C# is pronounced "C-sharp". This is a strongly typed language that runs on the .NET framework. It leaves little room for error and there are all kinds of gadgets and tools which make writing in it a breeze! I strive to stay up to date not only in with what's going on with technology, but also with today's most powerful tools! Currently .NET 4.0 along with ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, and SQL 2008 are my main tools. However I am also experienced with Telerik and Dev Express third party controls. I am fully updated and equipped on my toolset. I love what I do. I will be adding a blog page here soon and hope to provide some cool code snippets and .NET related stuff.

I am a freelance .NET developer just finishing up a contract that has proved enjoyable as well as a good learning experience. I am available for any type of database .NET software project. I can also be available for full-time W2 standard employee-based work conditions. Moving away from legacy Windows apps to web-based .NET software can be very tedious and often time consuming, however the benefits are both lasting and immediately rewarding.
